The starting line is set and the entertainment lined up, now all you need to do is get yourself, friends and family to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on 20th March for the Sainsbury’s Sport Relief Games. Thousands of people and a host of famous faces have signed up to walk, run, swim or cycle themselves proud. So what are you waiting for? Even if you’re not getting your sports kit on, don those deeley-boppers and head to the Games for a free family day out to show your support for Sport Relief!

Non-stop entertainment at the event village will start from 10:00am, with over 50 different live music performances, entertainment acts and mass participation activities for visitors to join in with. Plus you’ll spot some of your favourite celebrities including Greg James, Jo Brand, James Cracknell and Jay McGuinness all joining in on the day.

If you are cheering on friends and family taking part, or simply looking for a free fun day out for a good cause, there are lots of free, exciting activities to get involved in at the event village. Show off your skipping skills at the Sure Skipping Arena, try out one of 18 different sports with Sport England, take part in the British Airways Flight Experience, dive into Fitbit’s ball pool, or test out your footie skills at the West Ham FC Hub. You can even have a picture taken with Cbeebies favourite Timmy from Timmy Time or get face-painting at the Sainsbury’s Family Zone. If that’s not enough challenge for one day, there will be the chance to attempt a range of official records with Guinness World Records™ and head home a world record breaker!

Sport Relief brings the entire nation together to get active, raise cash and change lives. However you take part, it’s going to be one incredible weekend, and the money you raise will help to transform lives. In fact, half of all the money raised by the public is spent right here at home in the UK, with the other half used to make a difference in the world’s poorest communities.
