Perform International & Rudolf Steiner House presents The Tempest.

Directed by Geoff Norris.

Produced by Adrian Locher.

The Tempest, the last of Shakespeare's magnificent works, is set on a mysterious, mythical, and magical island where karma holds sway. Here" noises, sounds and sweet airs give delight or sometimes afright" and all is in mercurial flux. The isle has a purgatorial quality and all who land on it are changed or set to face their shadow. Mind games and self-seeking machinations are rife and from the outset the potential for revenge is present but as the pieces are moved on the board by Prospero and his Ariel, what shall be the outcome? On this Isle we become our brother's keepers, and the seeds for a future golden age of community can be laid.
