What's your sushi type? Sushi or Sashimi?

In this 2 hour course, beginners and enthusiasts will learn the basics of making sushi with fresh ingredients. Its not all raw fish so don't fret! Our Cook and Eat Chef instructors will guide you through all you need to know and you'll leave with bags of tips on cooking, eating and staying healthy on Sushi and Sashimi.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
All attendees must be 16 or over, please call for more details about parent and child classes starting in 2016.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There's free parking in the surrounding area after 6.30. The training kitchen is located at the Food Tech Room A member of our team will be present to meet and greet at the main gate from 6.15pm The nearest station is Lewisham Station served by National Rail and DLR.

What can/can't I bring to the event?
Aprons and cooking equipment is provided. You may need to bring your own containers or purchase ours for a small donation to our chosen charity. More information is povided in your joining instructions before class.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes - they are but the purchasor needs to contact our team to let us know who will be recieving the ticket. Conditions may apply. Please always check the the Cook & Eat Team.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes - it is preferable although proof of purchase is more important.

What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non refundable but they are tranferable. You may use your ticket to attend another Greenwich Pantry cook and eat session. Conditions may apply in some cases. Please always check with the Cook & Eat Team.
