City Singers Workshop

This is a one off free workshop so that you can decide if this is the right course for you.

This workshop also takes place on Tuesday 12th April.

Stage & the City is the adult branch of the award winning Anna Fiorentini Theatre & Film School. It is aimed at adults that wish to have fun, learn new skills for personal or career development and make new friends.

Whether you love to sing in the shower, want to try out something new or have not sung since school, City Singers could be the group for you.

All levels are welcome to join - from total beginners to those who have a basic knowledge or seasoned professionals looking for a relaxed and fun environment for singing.

Should you decide to join the course you will gain confidence and performance skills in a weekly class led by a professional singing coach where you will learn:
•How to harmonise as a group
•Performance skills
•Vocal techniques
•How to protect your voice whilst singing

Don't worry if you are nervous, part of the joy of singing in a group is the ability to grow your confidence without feeling that the spotlight is on you.

During the course you will sing a variety of music styles including pop, rock, Motown, soul and musical theatre. There are also opportunities to perform in public if you want to share your newly found vocal skills.
