A fabulous selection of Original Antique Maps will be on sale, ranging from the 15th to the 20th century, covering all parts of the world, and priced to suit all pockets: from GBP 10 to GBP 100,00.

The London Map Fair – the largest and most prestigious map fair in the world - brings together over 40 of the leading national and international antiquarian map dealers, alongside hundreds of collectors, curators and map aficionados from all corners of the globe.

They gather over two days at the Royal Geographical Society to pore over thousands of rare, unusual and unique items: original antique maps, atlases, travel books, globes, sea charts, town plans, topographical prints, reference books and related ephemera, dating from the early 15th century to the present day, and covering all parts of the world.

Priced to suit all pockets: from GBP 10 to GBP 500,000 there is something for everyone here, from the seasoned map collector to the novice enthusiast.

This year's Guest Speaker will be UK map-dealer & researcher Rod Barron who will be talking about the life & works of Victorian civil servant Fred W. Rose [1849-1915], the most influential figure in the design and authorship of the so-called "Serio-comic" political cartoon map in late Victorian Britain.
