Film Poster Auction Preview and Talk by Bruce Marchant

The Film Posters Evening View and Talk will take place at the 25 Blythe Road Gallery, where all the 100 film posters from the forthcoming online auction will be on display/viewable.

Poster highlights include Lolita, Rebel Without A Cause, The Invasion of the Saucer Men, The Incredible Shrinking Man, Rollerball, The Prince and The Showgirl, Star Wars, Back to the Future, Cool Hand Luke, Jaws, Forbidden Planet, Dr No, Sweet Smell of Success, Pink Panther, Blow Up, Breakfast Club, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Pulp Fiction and Trainspotting.

The evening will include drinks, nibbles and a Talk by film poster specialist Bruce Marchant about how to start collecting film posters and memorabilia, what to look out for, what makes a poster special and what is to be avoided, as well as discussing the highlights of the auction.

The film poster auction catalogue is now online at 25BlytheRoad.com, the online auction will open at 10am on 9th November, and starts to finish, lot by lot, at 2pm on the 11th November.
