Carluccio’s gets a green makeover this month with an exclusively vegetarian pop-up, featuring over 20 Italian veggie and vegan dishes from Antonio Carluccio, in collaboration with cook, food blogger and writer Anna Barnett. Head up the winding staircase to a hidden meat-free dining space decked with autumnal veg. The Cucina Verde sees an entire floor dedicated to veg-only dishes, with specials of Puglian polpette di pane – meatless bread balls of semi-dried tomatoes, garlic, capers and rustica olives in a tomato sauce on spaghetti, and orecchiette al cavoflore – a stonkingly delicious dish of orecchiette pasta with cauliflower purée, sautéed kale, chilli and roasted turmeric cauliflower florets. Choose from a specially curated selection of vegetarian and vegan wines to accompany your meal and leave feeling truly virtuous!
