The Crypt Choir and Chamber Ensemble from the King’s School Canterbury are pleased to present this performance of Monteverdi’s Vespers of 1610, in the 450th anniversary year since the composer’s birth.
Following performances in Rome, as part of the choir’s recent tour, the school is delighted to present this choral masterpiece of unprecedented musical scope and audacious beauty in the first London concert for many years.
This is a free event but tickets are required.
