This course is for anyone who would like to learn how to meditate (or deepen their existing practice), learn skills which tend to complement existing psychotherapy, or generally enhance their ability to deal more skillfully with the stresses and strains of life. It's based on Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy and its primary focus is stress reduction.
