Launching Virtually on 30th March 2021; music-relief.org and headlined by CeCe Sammy-Lightfoot (MRF Patron), Jack Parsons (UK’s CYO) and Mavis Amankwah (CEO Rich Visions)

Empowering and supporting young people is increasingly important, and offering them access to training, educational institutions and unrivalled career coaching is what CHANGE promises. The Virtual Launch will encourage those seeking support to engage in conversation around the real steps they will take to achieve the next level.

CHANGE, the skills and employability programme, is built around collaboration and connection between those enrolled in the scheme and local and corporate businesses offering support across a multitude of fields, including Coding and Programming, Problem Solving and Critical Thinking, Creative Arts, Money Management and Entrepreneurship.

A defined two layered training process, those taking part will experience work placements and learning opportunities, promising to equip them with skill, knowledge, and confidence. All such things the pandemic has quashed access to over the last twelve months, as the country shut down around them.

The intention of CHANGE and the work MRF is setting in motion is that partners involved at this launch stage, will gain exposure to the next cohort of bright young Croydon locals, equipped with wellbeing and professional training, via the scheme, and raring to get on their career paths, despite the setbacks of the last year.
