The former youth Poet Laureate of the US live on stage.
Kara Jackson is a singer/songwriter, musician, and writer from Oak Park, Illinois. She served as the third National Youth Poet Laureate from 2019-2020, following on from Amanda Gorman. She is the author of Bloodstone Cowboy (Haymarket Books, 2019). Her highly anticipated debut album under Jonathan Dickins September Records will be released this Autumn.
Performing a mix of songs and spoken word, her London debut will be a special event.
