Space to Be

In 2024 with the wonderful support of The Space Theatre we have the opportunity to come together monthly to relax, unwind and just be.

Join us for our second event of the year on 11th February, from 7:00 to 8:00PM to enjoy breathwork, meditation and relaxation at The Space.

Through light guidance and story telling you will be able to release the pressure of daily life and activities, and gain a fresh, kinder, new perspective on life and living.
