Would you like to experience a Sufi Meditation Zikr in London? Muslims and Non-Muslims are very welcome.

Every Thrusday we hold an informal and friendly gathering for people, of all ages, coming from various parts of London and open to anyone interested in experiencing what Sufi meditation Zikr is like.

The Sufi Meditation Zikr lasts for approx 40 mins and consists of repeating Holy names in chorus. First timers can join in at any point and do not have to repeat the words loudly if they choose not to. If you do not feel like repeating the words out loud then this is ok too. Just attending has a spiritual benefit.

The intention of the Zikr is to bring back a spiritual awakening connecting your spiritual being with your physical being remembering your creator. It's spiritual food for your soul! The more this practice is adopted the stronger the bond becomes between your physical and spiritual self.

This Sufi Meditation Zikr associations have been authorised by Sheikh Nazim Al-Haqqani of Cyprus, the head of the Naqshabandi Sufi Order.

There is some complimentary food and light refreshment afterwards.

The closest tube is Maida Vale and it is approx a 10 minute walk towards Harrow Rd. The church hall is located on the junction of Elgin Avenue and Chippenham Rd.

We look forward to seeing you there one evening!
