99.9 A graduate exhibition @ DegreeArt gallery, Vyner Street

This group exhibition at Degree Art Gallery from 19th-29th August displays a diverse range of work from a group of recent graduates of De Montfort University, Leicester wanting to showcase a body of work recently created in a space that aims to expose emerging artists that have recently graduated.

The broad use of different media utilised by the artists makes for a varied show of multi faceted works that explore, challenge and question many different ideas and issues.

The broad nature of the work is mirrored in the group of artists exhibiting, hailing from different parts of the world and different points in their life but brought together through study and now through the continuation of their artistic practise in this exhibition marking the beginnings of their careers as artists.
The exhibition opens with a preview of the work and a chance to meet the artists exhibiting on Thursday 19th August from 6 until 8.30pm, all are welcome and refreshments will be provided.
