Line-Up

The Dunwell Brothers

The band is fronted by Joseph and David Dunwell who have been professional solo performers on the Yorkshire circuit for many years. In October 2009 they decided to form a band. All five band members are strong vocalists allowing the group to perform stunning vocal harmonies live. The music’s genre has been described differently by each and every fan ranging from alternative, acoustic, country, rock and a combination of the four.

The band made their European debut in June this year, playing a small tour of France culminating at a gig in Paris as part of the famous “Fete de la Musique”. In July the band performed at the “Hop Farm Festival” in Kent, on the same bill as Bob Dylan, Van Morrison and rising stars Mumford and Sons. Lockout welcomes the Dunwell Brothers

Tobias Diggines

Tobias is a singer/songwriter who has been lead singer and lead guitarist in a number of rock bands as well as a solo artist, and has played a large number of the London rock and acoustic gig circuit. He has written nearly 50 solo songs producing, engineering, singing and playing every instrument on every track. During one year living, working and gigging in Nashville Tobias added to his writing credits including collaborating with 2 time grammy winner Rebecca Lynn Howard. Lockout is delighted to welcome back Tobias for another set to kick off the New Year.

Gareth Dunlop

Gareth Dunlop began his music career at age 14 by trying to play his Fathers old Yamaha guitar. After a few basic chords were established it quickly became an addiction to play and learn more and more about music. Music performances for Gareth started in pubs and clubs but quickly moved to auditoriums and festivals around Europe. Playing before, and in some cases along side, artists such as Jeff Beck, Snow Patrol, Jools Holland, Paul Carrack, Imelda May and Nanci Griffith.
