This is a more demanding course that goes deeper into the asanas; however, still considering and providing support to the different levels in the class.

New variations are added to the basic sequence as well as new meditation and breathing techniques.

During this course we will continue exploring topics related to the yogic diet, every day practices out of the Yoga mat and Ayurveda.
