Beach Body Yoga

A six week course of invigorating creative flow designed to slim, sculpt and spring clean, ready to bare all for the coming summer months! The classes will focus on heat building vinyasa sequences, detoxifying twists, core strengthening with bhandas and breath and the perfect balance of strength and stretch, to create a lean long sillohette in that little summer dress.
