Brandon LaBelle – Notes Toward a Sketch of a Sonic Body

IMT Gallery is proud to present a solo exhibition of works by prominent sound artist Brandon LaBelle. The exhibition demonstrates LaBelle’s ongoing investigation into our interaction with sound with two pieces that respond to sound’s intimate and complex relationship to the human body. Comprised of two major works, 'The Sonic Body' and 'Lecture on Nothing', the exhibition consists of audio recordings of bodies contending with aspects of silence, language, music and dance.
