Pocket Caravan: musical journeys from the Balkans to Brazil

The ensemble began after a chance encounter between British guitarist Peter Michaels and South Brazilian violinist Felipe Karam. They quickly realised they shared an interest in learning from other musical cultures, and performed across the UK for several years as a duo.

The quartet developed as they found other musicians who had a desire to widen their horizons whilst expressing their heritage.
