Sixty Six (2006, 93 mins)

Bernie Reubens (Gregg Sulkin), a north London Jewish boy, is planning his barmitzvah. His parents Esther and Manny (Helena Bonham Carter, Eddie Marsan), Uncle Jimmy (Peter Serafinowicz) and Aunt Lila (Catherine Tate) are all preparing for the big day.
Until it is revealed that England made it to the World Cup Final and will be playing on that very same day… Based on director Paul Weiland’s own barmitzvah, it offers a comic perspective on this very special ritual.
