Tim Thornton's Coda Quartet Feat.Brandon Allen

The Coda Quartet is the brainchild of bassist Tim Thornton, often seen as a sideman with jazz greats such as Jim Mullen, Stan Sulzmann, Dave O'Higgins, Steve Fishwick, Alex Garnett and Guy Barker. Long time collaborators Ross Stanley and Brandon Allen join the housemates Rhythm section of Dave Hamblett and Thornton to make up the group. The band was created to perform the original compositions and arrangements that Tim has been working on for many years and it is a rare opportunity to see the bassist lead a group and show his true colours as a musician and composer.'
