London's Air Ambulance 5K Fun Run

It’s that time again so get your friends together to run, jog, sprint, dance, conga or skip the 5K route through Regent’s Park on Sunday 18th September 2011. Whether you are running to beat a personal best or running for the very first time, it’s going to be a fantastic day and London’s air Ambulance would love to have your support.

Entry fee is £14 per runner and all runners will receive:

• a fundraising and information pack
• a London’s Air Ambulance t-shirt
• a timing chip
• a medal
• a bottle of water

Please note there is NO minimum sponsorship, we just ask you to raise as much as you can.

Fancy dress is welcomed and there are prizes for the best dressed, including a flight in the helicopter for the winner. The flight will be from Denham airfield to the helipad on top of the Royal London Hospital in time for it to start its daily shift. The lucky winner will also be given a tour of the helipad and will have the opportunity to meet the team who perform life saving operations at the roadside daily.
