Zirkus Der Grotesken are a decadent duo of circus freaks based in Leeds, UK. Drawing on backgrounds in performance art, professional circus training and classical ballet, they create darkly delightful circus shows incorporating fire, a bed of nails, broken glass, stilts, hoop dance, and stunning aerial performances. Zirkus bring a macabre twist to traditional circus skills….an intense cocktail of charisma and technical ability, blurring the line between spectacular and grotesque.
