Cuban Salsa Dance Party - El Rumbon Cubano with Proyecto Viva Cuba Live

El Rumbon Cubano - one of London’s original Cuban salsa dance parties will return from its summer break on Sunday 18th September at Club Costa Dorada.

An authentic Cuban night where you can dance the night away to top DJs playing the cream of Cuban salsa, timba, son & reggaeton and listen to some of the best of Cuba’s UK based musicians playing live.

Now in its fourth year the party includes live music from Rene Alvarez’s new 5 piece band Proyecto Viva Cuba playing a unique repertoire of ‘salsa fusionada con merengue-mambo’ or salsa fusion with merengue-mambo.

This energetic band director always lights up the stage with his performances - so don’t miss the chance to welcome the band to the next El Rumbon Cubano.

DJ Javier will be on the decks playing an assortment of the best Cuban music including salsa, timba, and reggaeton.

The Rumbon always features a dance class and in September Cuban dancer and member of the dance troupe CubanaDanza, David Martinez will be teaching one of his very popular salsaton classes.
