London is a great place for bars, restaurants and theatres but why not do something different on your day off and attend a fabulous Spanish tapas cookery class at Food at 52! The Clerkenwell based cookery school will show you how to inject some Mediterranean spirit into cooking with fresh ingredients, adventurous recipes and professional instruction by chef John Benbow.

Food at 52 has teamed up with Olives from Spain to host an exclusive Spanish tapas cookery course for budding chefs, through to complete kitchen novices. The exciting four hour course will teach you how to cook authentic and mouth-watering Spanish dishes using the finest olives and other delicious ingredients from Spain. Once you’ve built up an appetite in the kitchen, you’ll sit down to enjoy the dishes you’ve created, washing them down with the finest wines from Spain.
Gone are the days where olives were scattered over salads or enjoyed as a pre-dinner snack, they’re now becoming the essential kitchen ingredient due to their unique taste and versatility. They’re also extremely nutritional so you won’t feel guilty about eating a few too many!

On the night you’ll be cooking pan-fried seabass, braised Spanish chicken and a whole host of delicious side dishes and salads that will have your mouth watering. What’s more, Chef John will be providing expert cooking advice as well as showing you some valuable knife skills so you can become a culinary genius at home.

The next class will last approximately four hours and will be running on Wednesday 9th November between 10am – 3pm. There are a limited number of places on the course so book now to avoid disappointment. The classes are priced at £115 per person which includes a five course meal and wine.
