A new forum play by Olivier award-winner Bola Agbaje
Directed by Tony McBride

Sean's best friend is turning into his worst enemy while Mick drowns himself in lager.
Fresh out of the cage, Dapo is struggling to stay on the right side of the law.
Erica is convinced the mice are controlling her thoughts.

Three infested flats, three trapped tenants, and three interconnected stories presenting a mouse-eyed view of human behaviour. Featuring an original soundtrack, Three Blind Mice is a darkly comic exploration of how we can bring about change in our lives when feeling physically and mentally trapped.

Since its creation Cardboard Citizens has been touring Forum Theatre shows, performed by actors who have experienced homelessness, for audiences of homeless and at-risk people.

The showcase is a chance for the general public to see this new play, based on the experiences of Cardboard Citizens’ members, and to give Forum Theatre a try.

Cardboard Citizens has been making life-changing theatre in and out of hostels and day centres for over twenty years. We employ actors with experience of homelessness to perform plays inspired by the homeless people we meet. We combine workshops and performances with information, advice and guidance, free and accessible to anyone with experience with homelessness.
