Situated within the Grade 1 listed Royal Exchange at Bank, Sauterelle offers sophisticated, innovative and playful French dining from head chef Robin Gill. Robin Gill joined Sauterelle in 2008 bringing with him a wealth of knowledge acquired over ten years at Michelin rated restaurants including Marco Pierre-White's Le Manoir Aux Quat'Saisons and Don Alfonso 1890 in Sorrento, Italy.

His Valentine menu invites lovers to share more than amorous whispers. Couples will delight in a series of flirtatious dishes designed for two and inspired by the city of love; from Cornish crab and home smoked salmon presented in a puff of smoke to confit of Aylesbury duck and a sweet finish from chocolatier Paul A Young.
