Cut&Paste, the global digital design competition known for its lively onstage battles and reputation-making performances, is making its way to London on January 26th.

The evening event features a live design competition of 16 designers duking it out in 2D, 3D and motion/animation design to claim their place at the 2012 Cut&Paste Global Championship in NYC, where one winner in each field will be crowned the victor and represent London.

Cut&Paste is a design battle royale that launches designers into the spotlight and offers spectators a front row seat into the creative process.

This year’s tour extends beyond the stage with the “Design for Clean Water Challenge,” an Audience Design Contest, courtesy of Adobe. Powered by Adobe’s Ideas iPad App, audience members will be challenged to sketch a clever concept to help charity:water bring water to those in need. Selected from the global pool of audience participants from Cut&Paste’s 2011-12 Tour, the winner will receive the opportunity to collaborate with charity:water on one of their next campaigns.

Adobe will also present a special Show&Tell on hot new techniques for making your designs flow using Adobe CS5.

Advance online tickets are £10 in advance online, £9 in a book of 4, £15 at the door. Must be 18+ to attend.
