First design and architecture exhibition to showcase London's newest neighbourhood

'East Village – a lasting legacy for London,’ will bring to life the ‘living, legacy design’ of London’s newest neighbourhood, and give visitors to the exhibition a flavour of what it will be like to live in East Village, E20. Situated on the doorstep of The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park this new neighbourhood will be the first residential legacy to result from the Games bid when it opens to residents in late 2013.

In association with NLA, Qatari Diar Delancey (QDD) and Triathlon Homes, the exhibition - curated by Peter Murray, chairman, NLA - will reveal the work of 16 internationally renowned architects, showcase the design and architectural excellence, and illustrate the story of the incredible development of East Village and its part in the wider transformation of Stratford and East London.
