Mother’s Eat For Free at Mango Tree

To celebrate this Mother’s Day, award winning Thai restaurant Mango Tree, is offering a complimentary meal* for your mum, as well as a special complimentary cocktail.

On Sunday 18th March at Mango Tree, diners can enjoy a specially designed menu with a wide range of authentic and delicious dishes. For just £41 per person for four courses, or £37 for three courses, starters include Mixed satay, grilled marinated chicken and beef satay served with peanut sauce, Goong ham pa, prawn spring roll stuffed with vegetables and served with plum sauce or Tod mun kow phod, deep fried sweet corn cake served with sweet chilli sauce.

With a mouth-watering selection of main courses, diners will be pushed to choose just one! On offer is Ped makham, grilled duck on a bed of steamed green vegetables served with sweet & sour tamarind sauce or traditional Thai dish Gaeng kiew wan gai, Thai green chicken curry with pea, aubergine and sweet basil. Also available is Moo nam pueng, crispy wok fried pork belly served Thai style with mixed pickled vegetables and sweet chilli sauce. Accompany your main course with either Pad Thai, stir fried rice noodles in house spicy sauce served with Chinese chives, peanuts and beansprouts or Kow hom ma li, steamed Thai jasmine rice.

In addition to these, guests can enjoy Tom yam goong soup, hot and sour prawn soup with shimanji mushroom and lemongrass, which is included in the four-course menu. The dessert is the head chef’s special Happy Mum, a heart shaped pancake with Thai pandanus custard and lot chong coconut ice cream. Mum’s will also be offered a complimentary Mango Tree Paradise cocktail on arrival to kick-start the celebrations.
