As the temperature rises, One New Change has teamed up with Jamie Oliver’s Barbecoa to bring you the ultimate barbecuing master class on its stunning roof terrace, overlooking the dome of St Paul’s Cathedral, right in the heart of the historic City of London.
If you have a secret hankering to become a gourmet grilling guru, now is your chance to spend the afternoon mastering high quality Primo barbecues to get your summer sizzling like a true celebrity chef.
For one afternoon only, guests will be treated to an up close and personal demonstration of barbecuing techniques from Jamie’s very own top chefs.

The meat on offer will be far from the standard barbecuing fare –Barbecoa’s award winning butchers are passionate about quality meat and build strong personal relationships with local farmers to source the very best ingredients. Barbecoa Butchery is one of London’s leading butchers, and the restaurant itself is the UK’s first barbecue steakhouse, using five traditional, artisanal cooking methods unrivalled in this country.

As well as sampling succulent meats in a breathtaking location, guests will also be treated to London’s finest handmade Gin & Summer Cup cocktails, courtesy of Sipsmith Independent Spirits.
