In what has been an incredibly fun packed seven years The Doctor’s Orders have gone from a little known party to the No.1 Hip-Hop party in the UK that has welcomed the very best talent from the worlds of Hip-Hop, Soul & beyond. To mark our 7th Birthday we roll out the welcome mat again to another incredible line up of what we are calling ‘the magnificent 7’. See what we did there?

Joining us for his first UK show in four years, since rocking The Doctor’s Orders at Herbal all the way back in 2008, the incredible J-Rawls will be hitting the decks with force. Known but many for his solo work or as one half of Lone Catalysts, to others as the driving force behind the jazz infused ‘Liquid Crystal Project’ and to others for his production work for the likes of Black Starr, Slum Village, Beastie Boys & Dudley ‘Declaime’ Perkins, one thing is constant and that is the soulful vibes infused in his music that has seen The Doctor’s Orders become one of the biggest parties in the UK.

As if one headliner were not enough we have a whole line up of em! Well it is our birthday! A firm favourite of The Doctor’s Orders DJ Vadim has been rocking with us pretty much from when we first started throwing parties. Guaranteed to always entertain with his energetic sets that can take in everything from Hip-Hop & Dubstep to Reggae and Disco are always a highlight.

Joining us for an exclusive, possibly first ever, Hip-Hop set is another good friend of The Doctor’s Orders Ashley Beedle. Another man with many strings to his bow, including a Grammy, he is known for DJing and House, Disco & Reggae whether as part of X-Press 2, Black Science Orchestra, Ballistic Brothers or even just as plain old Ashley Beedle. Tonight he pushes the boat out with a set of classic Hip-Hop and we can’t wait!

Making sure that the party is served up at the perfect boiling hot temperature that The Doctor’s Orders is known for are the quartet of residents that have made East Village their home. The Doctor’s Orders creator Spin Doctor and residents Mr Thing & Chris P Cuts will all be doing their thing with the help as always of the host with the most MC Prankster.
