On the 5th July 1946 the Bikini swimsuit (a daring 2 piece swimming costume for ladies) was introduced by French designer Louis Reard at a popular swimming pool in Paris.

We are celebrating this amazing invention in a bikini day filled with three amazing bands, live dancers and DJ's, it is a beach-bikini-punk-surf inspired show so come along for a pogo or hula dance.
