Spellbound Halloween Cabaret

A Halloween weekend special; stepping away from the traditional ‘spooky’ theme, Proud Cabaret is presenting a light hearted cinematic-esque evening of entertainment, SPELLBOUND! Combining sultry, light hearted entertainment, the cabaret and burlesque performances will still defy any guest not to be impressed and wowed.

Proud’s Autumn Menu offers traditional dishes with a modern twist. By using the best of British produce and the finest seasonal ingredients our chef has taken inspiration from around the world and combined it with French flair and technique to form stunning options. You will be spoilt for choice!

Starters include a winter-warming pumpkin and sage soup with crushed hazlenuts or confit pork belly served with perfect crackling with apple puree. For those looking for a lighter option we have a Cornish lobster and salmon tortellini to tickle your fancy, served with a lobster bisque and buttered spinach, or poached pear and Jerusalem artichoke salad.
