Bijou: The Cocktail Social for Gay Women

Bijou is a relaxed event for women of all ages, styles and ethnicity; where they can enjoy meeting friends, and mingling and socialising over deliciously crafted cocktails, in a stunning City bar; which we have the exclusive use of. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and welcoming and the attitude non-existent.

It’s intended as a ‘whole evening out’, to be shared with friends, new acquaintances and diverse but like-minded women - it’s not a clubbers club but a Social! The one common theme is a desire to have a fantastic, glamorous night of fun; it’s the party that you’ve always wanted but could never find; a culmination of everything we love in a night out. Come with a group of friends, come with a date, come on your own to make friends or to find a date – it’s all possible at Bijou.

The soundtrack to the night is eclectic and pop inspired – with our resident DJ Hedonica (and a guest DJ) playing music by the likes of Marina and the Diamonds, Goldfrapp, Santigold, Madonna – spilling over with old favourites, hot new ones, guilty pleasures; music that makes you smile, gets you talking and pulls you onto the dance-floor. Original, fun, inspiring, a bit sexy, a bit trashy, a bit filthy and altogether a bit mixed up.
