We've been wanting to do this for a while, and think this is definitely a great place to do it in!

If you've not been there, the Britannia is a huge pub, with plenty of space to allow us to have a dancefloor / big screen zone at one end, and also send projections and visual atmosphere around the rest of the pub, so you can come and dance, or just stop, look, listen and chat without being deafened - there's also a big garden for smoking types. The staff are friendly, the food (available till 9.30pm) is very good and there's always a couple of quality, well kept ales on tap - It's perfect!

For the first night we'll be manning the sound and visuals with our special guest and good friend INSTAMATIC, who will be playing an Audio-Visual set for THE FIRST TIME EVER!

(There may be another guest or two also, we'll update as we go, OK?)

Expect a wide range of Mashups, Remixes, Blends, and some Worthy Originals - If you make 'em, bring some down and we'll give 'em a try...

We're planning on making this a monthly FREE event, however that depends on YOU GOOD PEOPLE gracing us with your presence and your energies, and bringing your friends along, which we hope you will - we'd like to grow this into a regular fun thing, and open the doors to anyone who would like to participate - DJs, VJs or something we haven't thought of yet, get in touch if you want to join in!

TRANSPORT: Nearest bus stop is the 388, with stops for the 277 and the 425 nearby - The 277 runs 24 hours as well, and can take you back onto Mare Street, where there's plenty of different night buses to get you North or South, back home or to your next party without much trouble!

Nearest Trains are either Cambridge Heath/London Fields on the west, Hackney Wick on the east, or Hackney Central / Homerton on the North.
