Balkans United

Under Dogs International (U.D.I) is a multietnic Etno Progressive band from Oslo, Norway, that has made a great stirre with their provoking lyrics and awesome live acts.

The band has quickly become a known name in genre world music and has also won the title of best, new, world music band in 2008 in Norway.

Influence of the band members nationality is loud and clear in their sound. Obviously the Balkans, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Serbia, but also Chile, Morocco and South Africa have inspired the bands music.

The original sound is based on advanced Balkan and progressive
rhythms, much thanks to the drummers Boris` Iocevs background as one of the initial members of one of the worlds greatest prog Balkan gypsy punk bands, Kultur Shock (USA).

The band has, on many occasions, played Balkan beat parties and the crowds energy and dancing has inspired the bands explosive live acts.
