Simon Sutton founded ConsciousMedia from a desire to make a positive difference in the world. Through the skills he picked up from being a filmmaker he made a decision to focus on projects that evolve and support our species evolution by creating awareness of the actions humans take and how this affects the whole of humanity. His passion is to produce and support new stories so as a species we can stop regurgitating past stories which do not serve us or our future existence. Simon has co produced and starred in several feature films and TV productions and co produced a number of independent films.

Adrian Kowal has an understanding of what makes a business effective financially, after working as an analyst in fund management for seven years. His entrepreneurial experience includes founding a production company making music videos and TV, as well as creating a clothing retail business. In 2010 he co-founded evolve wellness centre. Adrian brings his expertise in achieving goals in a practical, balanced way for companies or individuals looking for marketing and business development.

Pedro is an experienced camera operator and film editor. As a freelance cameraman he has worked for a number of Portuguese TV Channels and has worked on several independent projects broadening his skills across all fields of production.
