Hard Edge New Year's Eve event (8pm-6:30am) hosted and presented by D.J. Ruliee with live bands

Ruliee Rock Music Promotions presents:
8.00pm-10.30pm

On stage 9.30pm Sons of Icarus
A four piece young, organic, visceral hard rock band, all set to soar into rock’s heady stratosphere. Initially mainly classic rock / blues oriented, they soon incorporated stoner rock to develop their own unique brand of full throttle, high octane, straight ahead, JD swilling, grinding hard rock.
After beating hundreds of groups to win Marshall Amplifiers’ ‘Ultimate Band Contest’ in December 2010, Sons Of Icarus won major management representation, and, subsequently, opening slots at both 2011’s Download and Sonisphere Festivals.
Sons Of Icarus then stepped up to the plate to play explosive support slots with the likes of Rival Sons, Black Spiders, Hayseed Dixie, The Answer, and Orange Goblin.
Straight from playing Hard Rock Hell VI Fistful of Rock 2012, musically they sound like Led Zeppelin, AC/DC.

On stage 8.00pm Sansara
A five piece heavy rock band with a previously undiscovered vocalist. From Bournemouth. Sansara have been writing since early 2011, incorporating all the elements of a riff-based rock band with a modern metal twist and super melodic harmonies, creating a rich and diverse experience for every listener. They performed in front of a panel of judges from Classic Rock Magazine, Metal Hammer, Real XS, and Hard Rock Hell for 'Highway To Hell 3' (2012) a UK wide, rock and metal 'X' factor competition. Sansara emerged with a place at Hammerfest 5 2013. Musically they sound unique but with influences from Nirvana and Alter Bridge, Motley Crue and Nickelback. Vocally he sounds like a cross between Danny Vaugn (Tyketto) and Paul Rogers (Bad Company/Free).
