Vegan Jamaican Christmas Cooking Demonstration

Making a vegan Christmas meal is really simple as you will see. In this demonstration class you will watch a demonstration on how to make a starter, a main course, a dessert and a drink, giving you lots of hints and tips every step of the way.

We show you the tricks to getting a meal that is suitable for vegans and vegetarians and still tasty enough to for non-vegans as well. At the end of the class you will be given the following:

- The recipe sheets for the dishes demonstrated, to take away with you so you can try them out at home.
- An ooportunity to taste samples of the recipes being demonstrated.
- A free copy of the cook book entitled "Kirly-Sue's Kitchen with over 50 tasty vegan recipes.
