HEOS Musical Theatre is celebrating the end of an exciting 2012 with a production of Peter Denyer’s Dick Whittington and his Cat.

Dick Whittington and his Cat tells the story of Dick Whittington who travels to London with his cat, Tommy, in search of streets paved with gold. What he finds upon his arrival is a city overrun with, and terrorised by, Queen Rat and her rat pack. But London is in luck because Tommy is an excellent rat catcher and quickly gets to work ridding Alderman Fitzwarren’s house of rats. Queen Rat is not amused and sets out to destroy Dick, Tommy and anyone else who gets in her way. Dick and Tommy join the crew of Alderman Fitzwarren’s last surviving ship ‘The Good Ship Lollipop’ and then the fun really begins…

Come along and boo Queen Rat and cheer on our hero Dick as good conquers evil in this family panto suitable for all ages. Abundant with jokes, slapstick, feel good songs and a little bot of romance this production is not to be missed.
