Based on the Channel 4 TV series, and presented by design guru Kevin McCloud, the event will be packed with over 500 exhibitors, across six different sections, covering interiors, gardens, home improvement, self-build, renovations, technology and shopping.

Grand Theatre

The popular Grand Theatre takes another step forward in influence, getting its teeth into the most pressing issues of the day. At the Grand Theatre, visitors are able to hear first-hand from Kevin McCloud, George Clarke and many other top design-industry experts in inspirational debates on housing, sustainability and innovation offering top tips and great advice to help you create the perfect home.

Grand Village

The Grand Village is a main highlight of the show, consisting of eco show homes it is everything that Grand Designs stands for; unique architecture, innovation and environmental awareness. We invite pioneering house builders to the show to erect their modular homes in just three days before we open them up to visitors and allow them to tour within it.

Kevin Mccloud’s Green Heroes

Each year Kevin McCloud hand picks a selection of the best eco-innovations on the market. As the face of the Grand Designs brand, Kevin McCloud has documented hundreds of buildings over the past two decades. This has given Kevin an enormously wide knowledge of materials, the latest technologies and new sustainable practices out there in the construction market, making him a touchstone for innovative ideas and inventive products.

Grand Cafe

The Grand Cafés at Grand Designs Live provide a tranquil place to sit back, relax and take a break from the rest of the show. With everything from light snacks to hot food each café is the perfect place to stop and refuel before continuing with your grand day out.
