As part of their new chef residency evenings featuring famous chefs, celebrated DJs and performance art, celebrated chef Ian Pengelley will cook an exquisite Pan-Asian feast on 22nd February at supperclub with a perfectly themed Japanese themed evening of entertainment.

Ian is back by popular demand and will be returning to supperclub for the second time to take up the residency after he created a truly excellent foodie affair in June. Ian is one of several celebrated chefs to have cooked in this unique venue including Celebrity Masterchef finalist Hardeep Singh and Italian chef Aldo Zilli.

Diners on the 22nd February will all enjoy the same four course culinary journey which will include signature Pengelley dishes such as Duck and Watermelon Salad, mixed smoking Sashimi and Hoba Miso Chilean Sea Bass.

In honour of Ian, supperclub will be themed in true Asian style with a unique Japanese themed evening, think origami, manga and Japanese Video games.
An experimental creative platform of dancers, singers, musician and acrobats will involve and inspire guests from the moment the evening starts. There will be a musical feast later on in the evening with Internationally acclaimed DJs taking to the decks. Over the last few months alone, Danny Rampling, Norman Jay, Jazzie B and resident Mercury nominated Femi Fem have played at supperclub presents

Part of the same international group as the legendary supperclub in Amsterdam, supperclub London has rapidly become a Notting Hill institution. A hidden gem for those in the know, once inside, guests are transported to a truly extraordinary place, where the unexpected always occurs.

Ian Pengelley is a British chef who spent much of his childhood in Hong Kong, and developed a love of Oriental flavours and ingredients. Ian is credited with bringing contemporary Pan-Asian cuisine to Britain, which he first launched to much acclaim via acclaimed Notting Hill institution, E&O, The Hempel and the eponymous Pengelley's of Sloane Street. He is currently the Executive Chef of celebrity hotspot Gilgamesh, where he has been at the helm since it launched six years ago. He has prepared a bespoke menu that will offer guests an unforgettable culinary journey through Asia.
