Franco Manca pizza-making class

Owing to unprecedented demand, Franco Manca in Chiswick has added a last minute date to its schedule of pizza making master classes.

Hotfoot it along to the restaurant on Monday 11th February and enjoy a simple step-by-step-guide to making the best sourdough pizza this side of Naples.

Aside from expert tuition you will also have the opportunity to work with some of the fabulous ingredients which have always been central to the Franco Manca experience: organic tomatoes from Italy; pizza flour from the renowned Molino Caputo in Naples and the freshest mozzarella courtesy of Greens Organic Farm in Somerset.

Held from 4pm-6pm, the class costs just £20 per person. Places are limited to 15 per session so early booking is recommended.
