For main course, choose between Beef Fillet, Wasabi Celeriac Puree and Asian Jus or Chilean Sea Bass, Roasted Cherry Tomato Salsa and Soy Onion Dressing. Served with Purple Sprout Asian Broccoli with XO Sauce and Jasmine Rice. For the perfect end to Valentine’s Day enjoy Chocolate and Lemon Grass Brulee with Pistachio Ice Cream.
