To celebrate the new Jean Paul Gaultier exhibition opening at The Barbican next week, PAUL, London's leading French artisan bakery, has introduced a Limited Edition éclair dressed in its very own Gaultier Breton stripe. Fashion and baking? What's not to love?
The legendary French fashion designer and couturier is widely recognised for his use of the classic French Breton stripe, a pattern that has permeated almost all of his major fashion collections throughout his illustrious career, now re-interpreted and soon to be seen adorning PAUL Patisserie’s signature éclair.
The éclair is made from traditional choux pastry, filled with creamy white chocolate- flavoured mousse and topped with an edible chocolate Breton stripe.
Available at all 32 of PAUL’s UK Stores from 9th April for a limited time. £3.15 each.
