I've just returned from a little festive vacay in New York, the city that never sleeps and the city that does Christmas on steroids. Nowhere does the festive season like it and oh, the SMELLS. If you like your Christmas scents on the sweet side, America is the place for you. I've always been a little gutted you can't buy Bath and Body Works products in the UK, with their Winter Candy Cane and Vanilla Bean Noel shower gels, their Hot Buttered Rum and Burnt Sugar Cinnamon candles... Mmmm...almost good enough to eat.
The closest I've found to these delights over here has to be Philopsophy's Christmas Cookie Shampoo, Bath & Shower Gel. A sugary sweet concoction that smells just like freshly baked cookie dough, it's delicious. A little goes a long way, so a bottle lasts forever, plus with an uber tasty recipe for festive cookies on the bottle it's the gift that just keeps on giving.
