Over the last few years Clarins has become my go-to brand for summer lip colours. With beautiful formulas, meltingly soft textures and beautiful colours to suit every skin tone, they have lips covered - it's pretty much the only brand in my lip drawer.
The new spring make up collection, Garden Escape is no exception. I've already gotten my hands on five of the new lip shades and I already know they will become firm favourites. The Brilliant Sheer Shine Lipstick (£19 each), providing a sheer colour in a deeply moisturising, soft texture, are in two flattering new shades, Coral Dahlia (second top) and Rose Petal (centre), offering bright, vibrant colour with a touch of sparkle and a delicious fruity flavour.
It's the new Instant Light Lip Balm Perfector (£18) however which has already become my new make u bag staple. These ultra-absorbent balms come in six new sheer shades. Packed with nourishing mango and shea to leave lips super soft, vitamin E to protect against free radicals and a natural peptide which helps to encourage the synthesis of hyaluronic acid, maintaining optimal hydration. Pictured above are Rose (top), Coral (centre left) and Red (bottom), but the real exciting shade to try is My Pink, the sensitive pigments in which react with the pH level of your lips, producing a bespoke pink colour created just for you.
