What does one wear to a winter wedding? A perpetual problem, especially when one has as many weddings in the diary as I do. Alas, only two this year, followed by two in for 2017 already, though nothing will top 2014 with its seven in seven months...
I digress. The point is, summer wedding dressing is fairly straightforward, winter does oft prove more troublesome. Finding a dress can be a challenge, at least finding one that is smart without being too dressy (kudos to Coast, but they do tend to be a tad bridesmaid/Christmas ball for my liking), suitably coloured without being black, demure without being frumpy and - more to the point - something which will save you from the chills of draughty churches and castle.
