It's a tricky time of year for skin. Mornings are crisp and fresh, only to be ruined by a somehow-still-muggy tube commute, resulting in the dreaded T-zone shine. The arrival of central heating and departure of one's daily dose of Vitamin D is a recipe for disaster and I for one have already started seeing the seasonal change affect my skin.

With winter on the way, there are two particular lines I've been sampling recently that have become a must-have for my winter skincare kit.
The De-Stressed Serum 4.1 (£62) is a moisturising gel-serum designed to infuse the skin with deep hydration. Soothing, hydrating and seriously lightweight, it contains an extra high concentration of organic aloe vera along with vitamin PP to strengthen skin, stimulate collagen and reduce age spots, and provitamin B5 which is anti-inflammatory. Used before a moisturiser it's a great daily dose, leaving skin immediately softer and smoother.
For an intense hit for stressed skin, the De-Stressed Mask 6.1 (£59) is your new best friend. A velvety, rich gel mask designed to give instant relief, it hydrates, soothes and calms instantly, enriched with allantoin (a healing and soothing anti-irritant), hyaluronic acid, vitamin A, vitamin E, peptides to stimulate cell proteins and anti-ageing ingredients. It's become my go-to a couple of times a week when my skin needs a pick-me-up; think I may need to invest in a couple more tubes to see me through the winter.
